CHOCOLATE WHITE TREASURE BROWNIES

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda and salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 (10 oz) pkg white baking pieces
Preheat oven to 325 . In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in white baking pieces. Spread into greased 9 inch baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 16 squares.
