Shelly's Recipe

COUNTRY EGG NOG

6 cups milk
2 tsp nutmeg
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar

Combine sugar, milk, pudding, egg yolk, vanilla and nutmeg until well combined. Beat egg whites until stiff with sugar. Fold into egg not mixture. Chill.
