SWEET & SOUR BOURBON STREET VINAIGRETTE

2 tbsp Southern Comfort
1 packet (2-1/2 tbsp) Chef Paul Prudhommes Blackened Steak Magic
2 tsp packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 1 whole grapefruit)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients except the vegetable oil in a blender or food processor. On medium speed, slowly add the oil. Serve with your favorite salads. Makes about 2 cups.

Suggested uses: Use as a condiment for wraps or sandwiches; mix with crabmeat or shrimp to make a seafood salad; use as dressing for vegetables; toss with fried or baked chicken wings for a tangy appetizer; use as a marinade and/or sauce for meat, poultry or fish.
