8 medium eggs
1 lb ground Italian sausage and cubed cooked ham
1 onion and red bell pepper, chopped
1 lb grated cheddar cheese, or any other type as desired
8 cups bread cubes
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms, optional
Salt, garlic powder and pepper, to taste

Brown meats and chopped vegetables; drain off fat. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, mustard and bread cubes. Let bread absorbe the milk and eggs, then stir in about 1 1/2 cups cheese. Add sausage mixture and mix well.

Preheat oven to 350. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Top with mushrooms remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
