PIQUANT CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

6 oz frozen lemonade, thawed
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 tsp coarse grain mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper, to taste

4 thick cut pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag and marinade in refrigerator 4-24 hours.

Prepare covered grill with a drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marainade; reserving marinade. Grill 12-15 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.
