ORANGE ROUGHY WITH ORIENTAL SAUCE

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp oil and soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lbs orange roughy

Preheat grill. Combine ingredients and marinade fish in sauce for 15-20 minutes. Place fish on lightly oiled grill grid. Cook fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until flesh is opaque, burshing frequently with marinade.
