CHOCO-PEANUT NUTTER BUTTER BARS

Cooking sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
1 pkg fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water and softened butter
1 egg
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine first 4 ingredients; beating until just mixed. Spread the batter into a 9 inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Heat peanut butter and drop by tspfuls onto batter. Swirl with light corn syrup. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Swirl the melted topping together then set on a wire rack to cool before cutting into bars.
