* DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE*

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup + 1 tbsp cold milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
2 (4 serving size) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon and ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Garnish: Whipped topping and nuts

Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp mlk, and sugar with a whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.

Pour 1 cup milk into mixing bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with a whisk until blended, about 1-2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Spread over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and nuts.
