DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FANTASY BROWNIES

1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1 3gg
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Add nuts; reserve half the cake mixture. Press remaining firmly into a 13x9 inch baking pan.

In a saucepan over medium low heat, combine remaining ingredients and cook, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Pour over crust and top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
