ITALIAN HAZELNUT ENCRUSTED TURKEY

1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
4 cups white wine
1 tsp lemon juice
4 fresh turkey breast cutlets

In a shallow pan, combine frist 3 ingredients. Coat turkey cutlets with nut mixture. Press any remaining mixture onto breasts.

In a skillet, melt butter and brown turkey for 2-3 minutes per side or until done. Remove to a serving plate and keep warm.

Add wine and lemon juice to pan drippings bringing to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Pour sauce over turkey and serve.
