1 cup cooked salmon chunks or 2 cans salmon, drained with skin and bones removed
1/4 cup butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder and garlic salt
2 cups milk
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fettuccini noodles, cooked al dente

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream cheese and seasonings, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking until smooth. Stir in cheese. Heat until sauce is thickened. Stir in salmon and pour over hot, cooked noodles.
