*STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE *

1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oil
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed

Mix cake mix and jello. Add eggs, beating one at a time. Add vanilla extract, flour, water and strawberries and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pour icing over while hot..

Strawberry Cake Icing:
1/4 cups butter, melted
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup strawberries

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy and light. stir in berries. spread on cake.
