HADDOCK CASSEROLE - Easy

2 lbs haddock fillets
1 (6 oz) pkg stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350. Cut fillets into serving pieces. Place half the fish in bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan. Combine stuffing mix and butter; set aside 1/2 cup. Spoon 1/2 of remaining stuffing mix over fish. Add another layer of fish and another layer of stuffing. Pour soup over casserole. Bake 20 minutes. Spread reserved stuffing over top and bake 10 minutes more.
