4 boneless pork center loin chops
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp rubbed sage
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper and garlic powder
Combine seasonings. Coat chops with seasoning and grill over medium-high heat 7-8 minutes per side, flipping once. Serves 4
