HONEY PECAN SALMON

1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped and lightly toasted
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, cut into 4 equal pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

In a small saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients. Cook over moderately high hea, stirring, until pecans are coated in a glossy glaze, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.

Preheat oven to 425. Place fillets skin side down on a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each fillet with mixture and cover with foil. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.
