SALMON WITH HERB CRUST

4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
Herb Crust
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1/2 tsp each minced fresh herb leaves (basil, oregano, dill and tarragon)
1 tbsp chilled butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp seasoned salt and pepper
Rinse and pat dry fillets. In a food processor, coarsely chopped almonds and add herbs, butter, salt and pepper. Puls until all ingredients are mixed and a solid mixture forms. Place fillets skin side down on a lightly greased baking pan. Top each fillet with mixture, patting to form a crust. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
