LEMON PEPPER FISH

1 lb frozen cod, thawed
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
Salt, to taste
1 tsp lemon pepper and dried rosemary
1 cup tomato juice
2 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil. Place cod in dish and cover with vegetables. Season and pour tomato juice over all. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes and vegetables are tender. Serves 4
