GARLIC LIME SALMON

Category: Fish and Seafood

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp grated lime peed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 salmon fillets, about 1 1/2 lbs each
Lime slices, garnish

In a jar, combine first 4 ingredients; shake well. Broil salmon, skin side down, 4-6 inch from heat source for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting every 5 minutes with lime mixture. Garnish with slices. Serves 6
