CRAB DIP IV

1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 small red bell pepper, chopped fine
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
1/4 lb butter
1 lb crabmeat, cleaned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
Salt, garlic powder and red pepper, to taste
Garnish
1/2 cup green onion tops, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Cook vegetables in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Pour into a chafing dish, keeping on low heat, and garnish. Serves 15
