PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE I

Crust
3 cups flour
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
Filling
4 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream and sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract and cinnamon
1/4 tsp lemon zest
3 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup milk
1 cup chunky peanut butter
Whipped topping
1 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped
Crust: Preheat oven to 350. Blend crust ingredients to make a soft dough. Form dough to fit inside a 10 inch springform pan.
Filling: Mix together first 7 ingredients until well blended. Dissolve cornstarch in milk and add to cream cheese mixture. Add peanut butter and blend well. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near cents comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with whipped topping and nuts.
