1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp dried dill weed, crushed
4 (1 inch thick) salmon steaks

In a skillet, melt butter and cook green onions until tender, stirring often. Stir in next 4 ingredients until smooth. Arrange fish in soup mixture and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with tested with a fork. Serves 4
