CHEESY MASHED POTATOES

5 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered and cooked until tender
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, including tops, minced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter
Paprika

Drain and mash potatoes. Stir in next 7 ingredients and place in a greasted 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes. Serves 6
