PHYLLO CUPS WITH SPINACH AND PARMESAN CHEESE

1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
1 pkg frozen phyllo shells, baked according to directions
1/2 cup fresh-grated parmesan cheese

Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to directions on box. Using a tsp, fill each cooked shell with souffle and top with parmesan cheese. When making large batches, keep warm in 175 F oven, if necessary, until ready to serve. Serves 8
