1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
1 1/2 lbs large mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to directions on box. Place mushrooms on baking sheet, cap sides down. Using a tsp, fill each mushroom with souffle and top with parmesan cheese. Place mushrooms in oven, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8
