Shelly's Recipe

DILLY SQUASH

3 cup sliced yellow summer squash
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
1 tbsp butter

Steam squash, onion and salt until tender in 1/4 cup water. Remove from heat and mash squash mixture. Add parsley and dill weed; toss lightly. Sprinkle with dry butter.
