BACON AND SPINACH SOUFFLE DIP

1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
1 (5 oz) pkg cooked bacon, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Chips of choice

Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to directions on box. Place cooked souffle into medium microwave-safe bowl. Add chopped bacon, sour cream and cheese. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Place bowl in microwave and cook on High (100 percent power) for 1 minute. Serve with chips. Serves 4
