HOT GARLIC POTATO CHIPS

2 bags good quality unflavored potato chips
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp finely chopped or pressed garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 300. Place chips on a cookie sheet and place in oven. While chips are warming in the oven, heat the butter and garlic in a saucepan without allowing the garlic to brown. Place the chips in a large bowl and quickly drizzle the garlic butter over the chips and tossing them to coat. Sprinkle with seasonings. Toss again to distribute. Serve immediately. Serves 10-12
