ORZO WITH SPINACH SOUFFLE, PROSCIUTTO AND PARMESAN CHEESE

1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
16 oz orzo, cooked according to directions and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
5 oz prosciutto, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to directions on box.

In a large bowl, mix hot orzo and olive oil. Add spinach and mix. Divide into 4 bowls, and top with prosciutto and shaved parmesan. Serves 4
