16 oz manicotti
1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 325. Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to directions on box.
In a large bowl, mix cooked souffle, ricotta and bread crumbs. Stuff mixture into shells and place in prepared baking pan. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 4
