THICK AND HEARTY CHEESE DIP (Crock pot)

1/2 lb hot sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
1 cup shredded cheddar, parmesan and Monterey jack cheeses
1 tsp oregano, basil and garlic powder
1/2 to 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

Brown sausage and drain. Add tomatoes and cheeses. Stir until heated through. Add seasonings and transfer mixture into a crock pot. Add soup and milk. Cook until hot. Serve with Fritos scoops or tortilla chips.
