BAKED CRAB DIP

Category: Dips - Hot

1 lb crabmeat (back fin or lump)
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry mustard, onion salt, confectioners sugar
1 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese, for topping

Mix ingredients except and gently fold in crab. Bake at 350 until heated through, about 15 minutes and top with grated cheese. Return to the oven long enough for the cheese to melt. Serve with crackers or toasted French bread.
