TOSSED SALAD WITH PARMESAN DRESSPING

1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced, rings separated
1 can mandarin orange, drained

Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil and vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt and dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar, cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately. Serves 4
