SWEET STRAWBERRY CREAM CAKE

3/4 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 box strawberry cake mix
1 small box cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding
1 cup white chocolate chips

Garnish
Confectioners sugar, whipped topping, sliced strawberries

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a tube or bundt pan. In a large bowl, beat first 4 ingredients together. Add both mixes and combine. Stir in chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool and invert onto a platter.

When cool, sift confectioners sugar on top of cake. Serve with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
