TRIPLE FUDGE CAKE

1 (4 oz) pkg cooked chocolate pudding
1 box devils food cake mix
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour and 13x9 inch baking pan. In a large saucepan, cook the pudding and pie filling according to pkg directions. Blend dry cake mix thoroughly into hot pudding. Beat with a mixer 1-2 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle batter with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
