CABBAGE SOUP

1 lb ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 tsp caraway seed and grated lemon peel or juice
Olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 can red beans, rinsed and drained
2 bouillon cubes
1 quart water
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp basil
1 pkg chili mix
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped

Saute beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients an cook approximately 1 hour. Serve.
