BAKED EMERALD OYSTERS

2 dozen oysters on a half shell
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup dry vermouth
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp finely minced basil
1 tbsp finely minced parsley
Rock salt

In a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, olive oil and next 3 ingredients. Reduce mixture to half. Remove from heat, stir in basil and parsley. Place oysters in a shallow baking pan filled with rock salt. Drizzle sauce over oysters and bake at 400 for 2 minutes or until edges curl and are heated through.
