CRUSTLESS HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE

3 eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup baking mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dried onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
