MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH CRAB CASSEROLE

2 (7 1/2 oz) cans crabmeat, drained and remove any cartilage
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika and minced onion
3 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni, cooked al dente
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add onion and gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine crabmeat, drained macaroni and sauce; mixing well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
