1/2 cup vinegar
1 grated peel of one lemon
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 large onion, diced
1/2 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed or Diced fine
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 juice of one lemon
1 dash sage
Combine ingredients; stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with broiled chicken or ribs.
