MEXICAN CHICKEN MANICOTTI

8 manicotti shells, cooked al dente
1 1/2 cup cut up cooked chicken
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp sliced green onions with tops
2 tsp dried cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Preheat oven to 350. While pasta is cooking, mix together next 6 ingredients and fill drained shells. Arrange in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Pour salsa over manicotti; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake about 35 minutes or until hot in center.
