SUNRISE POTATO SKILLET

1 pkg frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed
1 lb meat of choice (hot ham, bacon, Italian or breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

In a skillet, cooked hash browns and with they start to brown, add the meat and mushrooms and continue to brown until mushroom have cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese and cover to melt.
