SMOKE STACK CHEESY CORN BAKE

2 tbsp butter
4 tsp flour
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sharp American cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut up
3 oz diced ham

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheeses. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in corn and ham. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
