WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA BARS

1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) pkg white baking chips
1 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press two-thirds of cookie dough into the bottom of baking pan.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and next 3 ingredients until creamy. Stir in baking chips and nuts. Pour into baking dish. Crumble remaining dough and sprinkle evenly over cream cheese mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden and the center is set. Allow to cool completely, then cover and chill at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
