SALMON SUPPER CASSEROLE

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (7 oz) can salmon, drained and bones removed
1 cup peas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Preheat oven to 450. Heat butter in skillet and saute onion and pepper until golden. Add salt and flour, gradually stir in soup, sour cream and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients and pour mixture into an 11x7 inch ban. Top with biscuits. Bake 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
