TUNA CASSEROLE

2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cu chopped onion
1 rib celery, chopped
3 cups cooked mixed tube pasta
1/2 (10 oz) pkg frozen green peas, unthawed
1 can solid white tuna, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk and sour cream
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Dash hot sauce
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 3 quart casserole. In pan bacon was cooked in, remove all but 1 tbsp bacon drippings and saute chopped vegetables until barely softened. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add pasta and peas; mix well. Break tuna into bite-size pieces; add to bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, mix next 8 ingredients; beat until smooth. Add to tuna mixture; toss gently to coat all ingredients well. Spoon mixture into casserole; top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serves 4-6
