CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 small pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/3 cup light cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325. Mix together first 4 ingredients; set aside. Place eggs in a bowl and beat until very thick. Add flour mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well with whisk, folding in chocolate chips last. (Do not use a mixer.) Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.. Place pan on wire rack to cool slightly before cutting.
