ROUND STEAK BAKE

2 lbs round steak
4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 (6 oz) cans sliced mushrooms, reserve liquid
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Place steak on foil and sprinkle with soup mix. Place potatoes and mushrooms evenly on top. Pour mushroom liquid (add enough water to make 1/4 cup liquid) over meat and vegetables. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat and vegetables from foil and serve. Serves 6
