1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 oz) box orange jello
2 cups cold pineapple orange or orang juice
1 (12 oz) pkg pound cake, cut into 10-12 slices
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (15 1/4 oz) cans fruit cocktail, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling wter for 2 minutes or until dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.

Meanwhile, line a 13x9 inch baking pan with cake slices, filling any holes with cake. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cake. Top with fruit. Spoon thickened jello over cream cheese and fruit. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm.
