1 1/2 lbs small asparagus, end trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 500. Place olive oil on a jelly-roll pan. Place asparagus on pan and roll to coat in oil. Sprinkle with salt. Roast for 5-8 minutes or just until done. Transfer to a platter and season with pepper. Serves 4
