3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 box strawberry Jello
1/2 pkg (10 oz) thawed strawberries
4 eggs
1 cup shredded coconut and chopped pecans, optional
Mix well, pour into large sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Icing
1/4 cup butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 box strawberries
1/2 cup coconut and chopped nuts, optional
Mix and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
